Terrence Jones Stinks Up the Court in Kentucky's 1 Point Loss To Indiana

Sometimes in sports you have bad games, good players turn into to bad players in a blink of an eye but when you hold the title "All American" the focus is amplified.

Terrence Jones played his worst game as a Kentucky Wildcat in Kentucky's one point loss to the unranked Indiana Hoosiers. Jones scored only 4 points and committed 6 turnovers in Saturday's loss. John Calipari looked bewildered on the bench as Jones not only played uninspired offense he was continuously beaten on the defensive end as well. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist had an amazing game with 18 points and 9 rebounds and without his performance Kentucky would have been blown off the court.

The 1 point victory by Indiana doesn't tell the whole story, the game wasn't even close for most of the second half, it was just in the last 5 minutes Kentucky decided to try and make it game. In reality Indiana deserved the win.

Terrence Jones played so awful in this loos it even had the ESPN commentators wondering aloud "something must be wrong". With Kentucky's inconsistent play and abysmal perimeter defense it makes one wonder if the hype surrounding this team is really justified.

I never like to lose but maybe this loss is what one can call a "good loss" as it may knock a few of our high fliers down a notch or two.
